1. Bhetki/any Sea fish that has thik flesh- Cut into strips(like fingers)
2.Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
3.Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon
4.Soya sauce-1/2 teaspoon(optional)
5.Salt: 1/2 tsp, approximately, because soya sauce contains salt be careful while adding salt.
6.Oil to fry
7.Bread crumbs-Take 7/8 breads and crumble them with hands.Put them into a grinder and give it a pulse till you get coarse bread crumbs.
1.Take the fish stips into a bowl.Add soya sauce,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder and salt.

2.Keep it for atleast 30 mins,preferably in a refrigerator.
3.Take a bowl and beat the eggs.
4.Take a bowl and keep the bread crumbs.
5.Dip the fish strips into the bitten egg and put them to the bread crumbs.Coat them well.
6.We need to double coat the strips for a more crispy fish fingers.
7.Repeat the STEP 5 once more.
8.Keep them for atleast 30 mins in the refrigerator.
9.Heat oil in a kadai/pan.
10.Deep fry till golden brown,sprinkle pinches of black pepper and serve with tomato sauce.
